Shipping & Refund Policies

Our shipping policy:

  • Shipping is provided by UPS and USPS.
  • We only ship to the US
  • We are unable to ship certain products (due to state laws) to: FL, KY, LA, ND, NJ, OK, OR TX and PA.
  • Orders received before 12 p.m. EST Monday – Friday will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed Saturday and Sunday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.
  • We do not ship out on Saturday and Sunday.
  • A Physical address is required for UPS and USPS shipments.
  • All orders over $200.00 will be shipped UPS.
  • All orders over $100.00 with USPS as the carrier will require signature confirmation.
  • We charge a flat $15.00 fee for shipments that we must re-route due to customer error.
  • We do not ship on federal holidays.
  • Please call to confirm delivery time when placing orders for rural locations, as these usually incur additional delivery time.
  • Delivery times may increase for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Tracking numbers will be available on our website after the order has been processed.
  • Any requests to waive the signature requirement will absolve the shipper of delivery liability, and missing or stolen shipments that are confirmed as delivered by UPS, or USPS will not be refunded or replaced.
  • Florida residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders.

Our Refund policy:

At smokezonefl.com, we stand behind all of the products that we sell, and we strive to earn our customers complete satisfaction.  This means that we will do everything in our power to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.  In the event that you feel that you are not satisfied, please follow the guidelines below to return your purchase.

  • Customers can receive a refund or exchange on products that are new, unopened and in re-salable condition up to 30 days after purchase.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original order receipt.
  • Once an item is returned and inspected by our fulfillment team, your refund will be applied to your credit card or we will contact you regarding an exchange.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive the return for processing
  • In the event that we ship an incorrect or physically defective product we will accept a return or exchange and will issue a return label.

All received shipments that contain broken or defective products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
