510 THE KILN BY ATMOS
The 510 THE KILN BY ATMOS is a uniquely designed heating attachment that is compatible with box mods and standard 510 batteries. The Kiln is made completely out of pure ceramic and it utilizes an advanced ceramic heating disc to evenly vaporize your wax consistency products, producing a smooth and pure taste. The Kiln’s pristine look and powerful performance make it a must-have for anyone who enjoys vaping waxy products.
Atmos, the company behind The Dart and so many dry herb and wax vaporizers has just recently released The Kiln. The name brings you back to 7th grade art class, building clay sculptures and then tossing them into a huge, super hot archaic oven called a kiln. Quite similar thing here only 1/1000th the size.
510 THE KILN BY ATMOS Features:
- Resistance: Ceramic Top: 0.7~0.9ohms, Glass Top: 0.5-0.7ohms
- Recommended Wattage: 11-15W (using higher wattage may reduce coil lifespan)
This all ceramic atomizer was designed with a ceramic heating disc instead of the standard coil, to evenly distribute heat throughout the tank for optimal flavor when experiencing wax products. Beside the very sleek, clean look of The Kiln this thing is made specifically for use on sub-ohm devices. In the video I use an Eleaf iStick 30 watt to test it out but it also works with temperature control mods as well. The recommended wattage to use on The Kiln is 10-15 watts, and for temp control Atmos suggests 300-400 degrees (fahrenheit).
Caution: Pulsing rates and discharging rates vary with different brands of batteries, so these settings will not be true for all brands of batteries. We highly recommend starting at 5 Watts and moving up slowly if needed.
NOTE: Does require sub-ohm capable battery. Ceramic donut coils are NOT compatible with temperature control and using temperature control with them can damage them. BE sure your temp control is off if you are using a temp control mod with this atomizer. To ensure peak performance, when using the Kiln with a variable wattage battery, we recommend using a range between 5-13 Watts. If you are using a temperature control battery with the Kiln, we recommend a temperature between 300 and 400 degrees. When using the Kiln, fire in intervals of about 3-4 seconds to avoid over working the ceramic heating disc. Using settings higher than those outlined here may cause damage to the heating element.
